Decisions about opening our churches are very complicated as numbers of Covid 19 cases rise. Carlow had been open for 3 weeks and we were planning to open St. Paul’s this past Sunday Oct. 4. So many want to go back to church so badly. I feel tears of frustration just writing this blog, but we all have to be safe. The Covid 19 Transition Team made the decision Friday Oct. 2 to re-close Carlow and not open St. Paul’s as the number of cases once again increase. We flattened the curve before by being careful and thoughtful of others and with God, we know we can do it again. Let us all pray for a time when our doors will be open wide once again.
